Another Top Ten

This was the amazing view that welcomed me back into Saskatchewan...




So as i ponder about life in the past week that i've been travelling, i feel compelled once again to compile a top ten list of unranked items that will stay close to me as I move forward in life. my experience in new jersey was life changing and will continue to shape my outlook on life and ministry in the years to come. I am so very grateful to Chris High, for welcoming me into his family (both personal and church), and teaching me so much more than just about revolutionary ministry philosophies but also about what it means to be a man of God who loves his family.

TOP TEN UNRANKED THINGS ABOUT THE EAST COAST

-Lori High's cooking. amongst many delicious dishes my top favourites were her roast ham (seriously, this wasn't a packaged boneless ham you find in the supermarket, it was literally a leg of ham, and it was amazing.), lemon meringue and pumpkin pies and roast beef. mmm...

-Sharing pretty much every new experience with Ericka High, like driving into NJ or going into the city, or watching live jazz.

-the musicals...oh the musicals! it was so great...

-Yankees game.

-Times Square...wow

-Canadiens and Islanders at the Bell centre

-Montreal food

-Montreal architecture and culture

-Boston seafood and the life in the city - loved it

-Lyle and guests at the bed and breakfast in Vermont

I'm sorta settled back in Caronport now, so its hard studying for the next couple of months. i have 3 courses to finish up and another 3 to prep for in india. i just found out that i'm staying for Christmas(because of blockbuster), so i'll be back in BC after Christmas.
