Organic Store Wars
Since we've been back in BC, we've slowly been moving away from our local Superstore and extending our patronage to our local organic market. this was first sparked by conversations with friends and family about sustainable and environmentally friendly food. anyway, we've learnt quite a bit about healthier eating to the benefit of our bodies and the planet

Good video Darrell. Back in Calgary I loved shopping at the whole foods market. Unfortunately, it is usually a lot more costly than Superstore.
No doubt, organic, environmentally friendly sustainable food is very often twice to three times the price, but that to me seems to be the real cost of good. the prices we are used to these days are often at ridiculously low prices so as to beat out the competition, but it does so at risk of the health of our planet
